I come from a family where I'm the youngest of
three siblings. My elder brother, who has been
married for 4 years is settled in Bombay and right
after him came my sister, married and settled in
Canada since 2015 with 2 kids, is a constant
source of love and support, making our sibling
dynamic feel like a tight-knit circle. My parents,
though ageing, have always been the heart of our
family, shaping everything with their wisdom and
affection.
Being attached to family, to me, means feeling
this profound sense of gratitude for all the
little things: the conversations, the memories,
and those moments of simply being there for one
another. Despite the challenges that life brings,
I know that no matter what, we will always have
each other, and that bond is something
irreplaceable. It's that connection, with my
siblings and parents, that fills me with a sense
of belonging and warmth every day.
