I am a strong-willed, independent woman with a go-getter attitude, driven by honesty, respect, and transparency in every aspect of life. I am vocal and confident, unafraid to take charge of situations, and I thrive on turning challenges into opportunities. My independence allows me to stand on my own feet, while my determination fuels my ambitions.

One of my proudest achievements, for both me and my parents, has been securing a managerial position at a young age and building an independent life in a different city. Being able to support my parents, even from afar, remains one of my most cherished personal rewards.

Academically, I hold a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy and an MBA, a path inspired by my interest in making quality healthcare affordable in my country. Professionally, I serve as a Product Manager at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories in the Cardio and Diabetes division.

My career journey began in sales, which gave me hands-on experience and sharpened my creativity, eventually leading me to marketing at the head office. I aspire to grow into a Marketing Head for international affairs, with plans to explore a new venture within the next two years. My growth has always been rooted in hard work, creativity, and the courage to keep moving forward.

Outside of work, I am curious and people-oriented, enjoying conversations with new people to gather insights and broaden my perspective. I am a trained Bharatnatyam dancer, and cooking is another passion that I pursue with joy. Adaptable by nature, I can plan with precision or go with the flow as the moment demands.

While I mostly engage in intellectual activities, I also love dancing and playing badminton, balancing mental agility with physical joy. I enjoy spicy street food as much as comforting home-cooked meals, and my music taste swings from soulful old Bollywood songs to the occasional burst of Eminem's energy. While I am not a movie addict, thrillers and comedies always catch my attention.

My parents are based at Bangalore and staying at our own Apartment, my father is working as a General Manager - South & East for an Adventz Group Of Companies & mother is a teacher in Presidency School North Bangalore. Our family route is from Katwa - Burdwan - West Bengal and we are carrying the legacy of Poet Late Kumud Ranjan Mallick.
