Hi! I was born and raised in India. Originally from Ranchi, Jharkhand, I spent my entire childhood in Navi Mumbai. After school, I joined college (IIT Roorkee) in Uttarakhand. After completing my B. Tech in Metallurgy and Materials Science, I moved to the USA to pursue masters in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Florida. After completing my masters, I have been working in Mattson Technology in Fremont, California.
During my leisure, I like watching podcasts and shows. I'm also fond of hiking and most of the weekends, I'm out hiking. I also like cooking. I love to travel and explore new places.

Ours is a nuclear family comprising my parents, my sister & brother in law and me. My father is an engineer. He worked for ONGC initially. Then he moved to BG and then Shell International. In 2022, he left the corporate world and joined a startup in Bangalore. Right now he's working as the CEO of Fortcaps Healthcare, Bhopal.
My mother is a dedicated homemaker, although she is fully qualified, with an M.Sc. in Physics and B.Ed.
My sister, who is younger to me, is a doctor pursuing post graduation in London. Her husband is also a doctor pursuing post graduation in radiology in London.
