Prior to this, she completed her B.A. in Applied Psychology from the highly regarded Gargi College, University of Delhi.

After returning from London with valuable experience in mental health care, she has been actively engaged in counseling and therapeutic practice. Before establishing her own venture, she worked with several reputed hospitals in India and abroad, gaining extensive exposure to diverse approaches in mental health treatment. Her vision behind Selisco Mental Healthcare is to provide compassionate, evidence-based, and personalized psychological support to individuals seeking better emotional well-being.

Kanika hails from a highly educated and well-settled family in South Delhi. Her mother is a respected professor at Delhi University, and her father is a successful businessman. Her brother has completed his graduation in Computer Engineering and is presently working as an AI Engineer in Canada.
